Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery to UK Mainland, Channel Islands, Ireland & Overseas
Our standard delivery charge is £2.95 on orders up to £29.99 and £4.95 on orders of £30 or more, within the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland. We currently use delivery via Royal Mail, or Parcel Force or other National courier services.
We usually endeavour to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days of order/cleared payment. The timescale will often depend on the order and for many products we can dispatch sooner. Give us a call or email if you want to discuss how soon we can dispatch your order.
Orders dispatched outside of the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland - Overseas Delivery, are classed as Rest of the World. These orders are delivered by Royal Mail Airmail Signed for Service up to 2kg and are charged at £25 for orders up to £99.99 and £30 on orders over £100. These orders should reach their destination within 5 days of dispatch - some earlier. Overseas Orders over 2kg may incur an additional charge which will be calculated on receipt of order and notified to you. Order Confirmation
You will be sent a written email confirmation of your order. This will also contain information relating to your purchases. You will also receive a written email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Returns Policy & Money Back Guarantee
We very much hope that you will be pleased with your purchase but if you wish to return an item we must receive it back to us within 7 working days after the date of delivery. Please contact us first for a returns number. We will offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the goods are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please take care to pack the goods carefully as it is your responsibility to make sure that we receive them back in perfect condition. We reserve the right to judge whether your returned goods have been returned in perfect condition. Enclose your invoice in the parcel. We cannot accept goods for a refund or exchange if they are not in perfect condition.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ANY LATER THAN 7 WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE.
For all returns (except if the goods are faulty) you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us. We will refund the cost of the goods but not the delivery charge (the delivery charge will only be refunded for goods that are faulty).
Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepancies must be received in writing (email/letter) within 7 days of delivery.
Once we are in receipt of the returned goods and if you have requested a refund, it may take up to 30 working days to return the refund to you as cleared funds, depending on the method used to pay for the order.
Returning Personalised Products
We are not able to accept returns on goods that have been personalised unless they are faulty. Any faulty item will be dealt with in line with the standard faulty item policy.
